Beginner Horse Riding CampSport CampsBeginner Horse Riding Camp Ages 6 - 12 Day Camps at Phoenix River Farm teach kids the basics of horse care, grooming, and riding. Kids should provide their own lunch and labeled water bottle. Wear long pants with close-toed shoes. It is recommended to dress in multiple layers and sunscreen as we will be both inside and outside. Athletes are grouped into divisions based on age and ability level to ensure fair and competitive play. This sport features Unified gameplay, where individuals with and without intellectual disabilities compete together on the same team. This approach fosters inclusion, respect, and camaraderie among all participants. With an emphasis on safety, trained officials enforce rules that minimize physical contact while maintaining a fast-paced, engaging experience. The flag football season typically runs from September through October, providing athletes with opportunities to grow, compete, and build meaningful connections through sport. You will also learn to use our film editing software in a class project. Then, in the second half of camp, students will work on a group unboxing or individual product review video. Edit your video, add transitions and special effects, and insert a soundtrack. Finally, share your finished video with the world. Students should have basic reading skills. The class fits anyone’s fitness level, beginner to advanced. You pick the intensity of the workout that best fits your level. You can tone up and burn fat faster with water exercise, because the water provides a resistance that is up to 12 times that of floor exercise. It’s also much easier on the joints because there’s very little impact. Morning Yoga FoundationalFitnessMorning Yoga Foundational Morning Yoga Foundational is an all-levels, customizable class that helps strengthen and care for the physical and emotional body. Each class will begin with a breathing and mindfulness exercise, followed by a longer standing series to strengthen and care for all parts of the body. For the final portion of class, practitioners return to the mat for stretching and rejuvenation. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing students ample time to customize each posture to their individual body. Instructors are at-the-ready to help each participant figure out what works best, taking into consideration any joint concerns or injuries, as well as requests to increase the intensity, as desired.
