Middle School Spanish Prep: A Foundation Course! Morning Yoga with Ann Morning Yoga is an all-levels, customizable class that helps strengthen and care for the physical and emotional body. Each class will begin with a breathing and mindfulness exercise, followed by a longer standing series to strengthen and care for all parts of the body. For the final portion of class, practitioners return to the mat for stretching and rejuvenation. This class allows ample time for students to customize each posture to their individual body. Instructors are at-the-ready to help each participant figure out what works best, taking into consideration any joint concerns or injuries, as well as requests to increase the intensity, as desired. There is no set schedule—families are welcome to come and go at any point during the session. Licensed teachers are available throughout the class to support play, answer questions, and offer guidance on child development and parenting. It’s an inviting, informal space for families to learn, interact, and build community together. Ornament Acrylic Pour Pour painting is an innovative way to use acrylic paints to create a work of art. In this class you will learn the process of mixing acrylic paints with other mediums to give it a more fluid consistency so that it can be poured directly over a globe ornament. Each painter will get two ornaments to pour paint on. These make beautiful holiday gifts.
